This policy explains how Incogex collects, uses and shares user information. We are committed to maximum user privacy at all times and therefore keep any data collection to an absolute minimum.
No personal information is required to transact on Incogex. We may automatically collect the following information for the purposes of service delivery: IP address, web browser type & version, operating system.
In the event that a user chooses to contact us, we will collect a name and email address. This will be used solely for the purposes of processing the support request and responding accordingly. Once the matter is resolved, these records will be deleted from our systems. At no point with this information be shared with any third party unless explicit permission has been given by the user.
In the event of a KYC / AML request, a user may be requested to share certain information with a third party in order to satisfy legal requirements for processing a transaction. A user reserves the right to refuse to provide this information, in which case their transaction will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. At no point will this information be shared with or stored by Incogex.
Incogex does not use any tracking cookies on the site.
